01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phjooy ("phjooy", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the phjooy online gaming platform available at phjooy.net and any related mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, including any period during which your account is suspended or under review.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming on the phjooy Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is a legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. phjooy employs mandatory age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of the first withdrawal request. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law.

2.2 Account Registration

To access real-money features on phjooy, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, a valid email address, a mobile number registered in the Philippines, and your date of birth. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify phjooy promptly of any changes via the support channels listed in Section 15.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the phjooy Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phjooy reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice, to withhold any pending withdrawals associated with those accounts, and to void any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate account activity.

2.4 KYC Verification

As a regulated platform, phjooy is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, Driver's License issued by the LTO, and Voter's ID. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at phjooy's discretion or as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjooy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phjooy will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from phjooy, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team immediately.

You must notify phjooy immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, if your registered email address or phone number has been compromised, or if you believe any other security breach has occurred. phjooy will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phjooy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from an additional layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. phjooy reserves the right to require 2FA for accounts showing unusual activity patterns or for accounts that have requested high-value withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjooy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phjooy does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the associated phjooy account will be flagged for review.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 7-Eleven CLiQQ transactions are credited upon confirmation of payment at the point-of-sale terminal. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations. phjooy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within two (2) to five (5) business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to phjooy's standard security review. phjooy reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed a full KYC review or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. phjooy reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players with questions about current limits are advised to contact the support team via live chat.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the phjooy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. phjooy is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of a USDT deposit and the time of a PHP withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phjooy offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories — as specified per promotion — contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino and certain high-RTP games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phjooy employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting mathematical advantages in bonus structures, placing bets that do not represent genuine play for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements (e.g., placing simultaneous opposing bets), and colluding with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without further notice. phjooy is under no obligation to extend the validity period of any bonus under any circumstances.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phjooy Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment under controlled studio conditions. The outcome of any game is determined solely by the certified RNG or by the live physical game outcome — phjooy does not and cannot influence individual game results.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface prior to the placement of any wager. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once the game round has commenced. phjooy is not responsible for any loss resulting from your misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, the affected round will be declared void and all wagers for that round will be returned to the players. phjooy's decision on game malfunction disputes is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjooy Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with phjooy;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules;
• Underage Gambling: Registering, playing, or facilitating play by any individual under the age of 21;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats;
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers for deposits that were legitimately credited to your phjooy account;
• VPN/Proxy Circumvention: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or similar tools to mask your geographic location or to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

phjooy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold funds pending investigation, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

phjooy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The Platform offers a range of player protection tools accessible from your account settings at any time, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

phjooy is legally required under PAGCOR regulations to implement responsible gaming measures and to respond to self-exclusion requests promptly. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Platform or via the support team are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period selected by the player.

phjooy's support team is trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. Players who exhibit patterns consistent with problem gambling may be proactively contacted by the support team and offered information about responsible gaming resources. phjooy reserves the right to impose account restrictions in the interest of player protection, without requiring the player's consent, where it reasonably believes a player is experiencing harm from their gambling activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjooy Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the property of phjooy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use phjooy's trademarks, brand name, or logo without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjooy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjooy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjooy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of business or profits; or any other economic loss. This limitation applies regardless of whether phjooy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phjooy does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. phjooy will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phjooy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjooy processes personal data only for purposes related to the provision of gaming services, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR reporting obligations and AMLA compliance), customer support, and the improvement of Platform features. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Under applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to phjooy's legal retention obligations. Requests to exercise data rights should be submitted to the phjooy support team.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phjooy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phjooy will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their account, or via a prominent notice displayed within the Platform upon login, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Account closure requests can be submitted to the support team.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your phjooy account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and has passed all applicable verification requirements. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you may have to phjooy under these Terms.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by phjooy

phjooy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or inactivity of more than 12 consecutive months.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or wagering progress that have not met withdrawal requirements are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or review processes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, formation, subject matter, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through phjooy's internal complaints process (described in Section 15). If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority (PAGCOR) or to the courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts located in the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

phjooy's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays. We are committed to resolving all player queries and complaints promptly and fairly.

For formal complaints, please include your registered email address, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) involved, and any supporting documentation. phjooy's complaints team will investigate all formal complaints independently and provide a written outcome.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. phjooy reserves the right to update these Terms as required by regulatory changes, operational needs, or judicial developments. The version published on this page is always the current governing version.
